In a speech at the Army War College tonight, President Bush will outline five broad, not particularly meaningful steps to restore Iraqi sovereignty and get the country back on its feet, because five is a nice catchy number, and it sounds more impressive than just three, which is more catchy, but what can you do? It is the first of several planned campaign presidential addresses in the weeks leading up to the June 30 hangover. (not CNN)
