I think the Christmas holiday season has to be the most hateful time of the year. It brings out the viciousness in everyone. People are rude, insulting, inconsiderate and impatient, moreso than the rest of the year. I've got to buy things for the family, and screw everyone else. And even that seems to be mostly ceremony, like filling a quota. Has it always been like this and I was just too entranced to notice?
