How exactly does one play Yahtzee? From my dim memories of commercials, it has something to do with rolling a bunch of dice and yelling "YAHTZEE!"

Come to think of it, that could be therapeutic. Who doesn't want to shake up a dice container and yell some catchphrase now and then?
